Business Description
The fund tracks an index made up of preferred stocks issued by real estate investment trusts and listed on U.S. exchanges. At least 90% of the fund's assets are held in securities that make up this index. The fund concentrates its holdings and does not spread investments across a wide range of companies or sectors.
