This fund puts at least 90% of its money into stocks that make up its benchmark index. The index tracks roughly 1,500 small and mid-sized companies from developed markets outside the United States, selecting and weighing them based on four financial measures: adjusted book value, cash flow, sales, and shareholder payouts.
