Business Description
This fund puts the vast majority of its money into real estate investment trusts, or REITs, which are companies that own and operate properties. To qualify for the fund's underlying index, a REIT must be listed on a U.S. stock exchange, earn at least three-quarters of its revenue from real estate, and be worth at least $200 million. The fund focuses on a concentrated group of holdings rather than spreading investments broadly across many different assets.
