This fund puts most of its money into large, dominant companies that hold strong competitive advantages in their markets. It targets businesses worth at least $2 billion, whether based in the United States or abroad, as long as their shares trade on American stock exchanges. Unlike many funds, it concentrates its holdings rather than spreading investments broadly.
