This fund puts at least 80% of its money into stocks that make up the RAFI Dynamic Multi-Factor Developed Ex-U.S. Index, which covers companies in developed markets outside the United States. The index is built using a structured, rules-driven process that groups stocks into portfolios based on five distinct characteristics: value, low volatility, quality, momentum, and size. Together, these groupings aim to capture a range of return drivers across international equity markets.
