Business Description
Posco Future M Co. Ltd. is a South Korea-based subsidiary of POSCO Holdings Inc. that supplies heat-resistant materials and chemical products to steel mills and industrial facilities across Asia, Europe, and North America. The company produces a broad range of refractories used to line high-temperature furnaces, as well as lime and carbon materials used in iron and steelmaking processes. It also manufactures key components for lithium-ion batteries, including cathode materials and graphite anodes, positioning itself as a supplier to the growing electric vehicle and energy storage markets. Founded in 1963 and headquartered in Pohang, the company adopted its current name in 2023.
