This fund puts at least 90% of its money into U.S. real estate investment trusts (REITs) that are small to medium in size and offer strong dividend payments. It follows an index that tracks these companies based on how much they pay out in dividends relative to their stock price. All of the REITs included are publicly traded on U.S. markets.
