Business Description
This fund puts at least 80% of its money into real estate investment trusts, commonly known as REITs, including smaller ones that other funds might overlook. It can hold both equity REITs, which own properties directly, and mortgage REITs, which lend money to property owners. Because the fund concentrates its holdings rather than spreading them widely, it carries a higher level of risk than a typical diversified fund.
