United Urban Investment Corporation is a Japanese real estate investment trust listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange since December 2003. The company invests across a broad range of property types and locations, selecting each asset based on its long-term earning potential. Following a merger in 2010, it has grown into one of the largest funds of its kind in Japan by acquisition value. It has paid cash distributions to investors every period since its first in 2004, most recently distributing 3,937 yen per unit.
