Business Description
NIPPON REIT Investment Corporation is a Japanese real estate investment trust founded in September 2010 and registered with the Kanto Local Finance Bureau in October of that year. The company went public on the Tokyo Stock Exchange in April 2014 and has since raised additional capital through several public offerings and unit allotments. Following a unit split in January 2025 and the cancellation of treasury units in December 2024, the total number of investment units in circulation stands at 1,768,380 as of June 30, 2025.
