Industrial & Infrastructure Fund Investment Corporation (IIF) has been trading on the Tokyo Stock Exchange since October 2007, focusing exclusively on industrial real estate in Japan. It owns and manages a wide range of properties, including logistics centers, manufacturing sites, research facilities, and infrastructure assets that keep the Japanese economy running. Since starting out with nine properties worth 66 billion yen, IIF has grown substantially and now holds 109 properties with a combined acquisition value of over 526 billion yen.
