Business Description
This fund puts the vast majority of its money into real estate companies operating in developed markets outside the United States. These companies own, buy, sell, and build properties that generate rental or investment income. The fund closely follows an index created by FTSE EPRA Nareit, which tracks how these international real estate businesses perform.
