The fund focuses on high yield debt investments denominated in U.S. dollars, including corporate bonds, senior loans, and CLO debt tranches. It uses CLOs as a way to access senior loan exposure indirectly, with no restrictions on the maturity of its holdings. The fund can place its entire portfolio in either corporate bonds or senior loans and is not required to spread investments across a broad range of holdings.
