Business Description
This fund puts most of its money into publicly traded companies that own or manage residential properties, known as REITs. A smaller portion may be placed in other U.S. real estate securities listed on domestic exchanges. The fund is actively managed and concentrates its holdings rather than spreading investments broadly across many sectors.
