This fund puts the vast majority of its money into shares of around 200 smaller American companies that score highly on workplace culture. These companies are selected using a unique rating system developed by Irrational Capital LLC, which evaluates how well each organization treats and engages its people. The resulting portfolio is weighted based on company size, with some adjustments applied.
