Business Description
This fund puts nearly all of its money into shares of small publicly traded companies based in developed countries outside the United States. The holdings follow a specific index that tracks these smaller firms and weighs them according to their available market value. Only shares that are openly tradeable by outside investors are considered for inclusion.
