Business Description
The fund puts the vast majority of its money into two types of investments: real estate investment trusts and shares of publicly listed companies that pay dividends to their shareholders. To qualify, these companies must earn at least half of their income from, or hold substantial assets in, the real estate or infrastructure sectors. This approach gives investors broad exposure to income-generating properties and essential physical assets.
