This fund focuses mainly on high-quality bonds priced in U.S. dollars, while also holding the flexibility to branch into higher-risk bonds from overseas and emerging markets when the potential returns justify the risk. Up to a quarter of the fund's total assets may be placed in lower-rated debt securities.
