This fund puts at least 80% of its money into stocks that make up its benchmark index, which focuses on companies that consistently turn revenue into strong profits. The index selects the top 100 companies across various sectors based on how efficiently they generate earnings. Because the fund holds a relatively small and targeted group of stocks, it carries more concentration risk than a typical broadly diversified fund.
