Foremost Clean Energy Ltd. is a Vancouver-based company founded in 2005 that searches for and develops uranium and lithium deposits across North America. The company holds an approximately 70% option interest in ten properties covering more than 330,000 acres within Saskatchewan's Athabasca Basin, along with an exploration permit for the Turkey Lake Uranium Project on the basin's eastern edge. Previously operating under the name Foremost Lithium Resource & Technology Ltd., the company adopted its current name in September 2024.
