Business Description
This fund focuses on building a concentrated portfolio of floating rate loans and similar securities that adjust with interest rates. At least 80% of its assets will be placed in senior secured loans and other variable rate investments. Most of these holdings will carry below-investment-grade credit ratings, commonly known as high-yield bonds, or will be unrated securities of similar quality.
