This is an actively managed ETF that puts at least 80% of its assets into a wide range of debt-based investments. These include corporate and government bonds, bank loans, mortgage-backed securities, and similar instruments from both U.S. and foreign issuers. The fund may hold bonds that pay either a fixed or a variable interest rate.
