This investment fund puts nearly all of its money into stocks that make up a specific index tracking S&P 500 companies expected to grow their dividend payments the most. The index itself is managed and maintained by S&P Dow Jones Indices LLC following strict internal rules. Because the fund focuses on a narrow group of companies, it carries more concentrated risk than a broadly spread fund.
