This fund puts nearly all of its money into options contracts tied to a single exchange-traded fund that tracks the S&P 500, a index representing 500 of the largest U.S. companies. Because it concentrates its holdings in one area rather than spreading them across many different investments, it carries a higher level of risk than a typical diversified fund.
