The fund tracks an index of publicly issued, investment-grade bonds from U.S. government and corporate issuers, as well as international issuers in U.S. dollars, all with maturities exceeding 10 years. At least 80% of the fund's assets are held in bonds from that index, selected through a sampling approach.
