US Masters Residential Property Fund is an Australian Securities Exchange-listed investment fund focused on owning residential homes in the New York metropolitan area. Since its founding in 2011, it has grown into the largest Australian-listed trust of its kind, now holding 623 homes across 340 properties with a total asset value of around USD 710 million as of December 2024. The fund operates through a US-based real estate investment trust and, following a restructure in mid-2024, is now governed by an independent responsible entity owned directly by its investors and run on a cost-recovery basis.
