Region Group is an Australian real estate investment trust that owns and manages 87 retail centres worth approximately $4.4 billion, making it the country's largest owner of this type of property. The centres are built around everyday shopping needs, with major supermarket chains Woolworths and Coles anchoring more than 97 of them. This focus on essential goods and long-term grocery leases has made the portfolio reliably stable over time. Originally spun out of Woolworths in 2012 as SCA Property Group, the company rebranded as Region Group in November 2022.
