Business Description
BWP Trust has been listed on the Australian Securities Exchange since 1998 and owns a portfolio of commercial properties across Australia, the majority of which are large-format Bunnings Warehouse stores leased to Bunnings Group Limited. In July 2025, unitholders approved a move to bring management in-house, resulting in the formation of a stapled group combining BWP Trust and a new entity called BWP Property Group Limited, which now oversees day-to-day management of the Trust. Bunnings, the leading home improvement retailer in Australia and New Zealand, is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Wesfarmers, which also held a 22.3 per cent stake in BWP as at 30 June 2025.
