This list shows NYSE and Nasdaq stocks whose 14-day Relative Strength Index is below 30, excluding penny stocks and illiquid names. An RSI under 30 means the stock has fallen fast and selling may be overdone. Oversold stocks often bounce, but in a strong downtrend RSI can stay low for weeks, so many traders wait for RSI to cross back above 30 or add a filter such as price above the 200-day moving average.
