This screen finds stocks whose 7-day weighted moving average has just crossed above the 26-day WMA. A weighted moving average gives linearly more weight to recent prices, so it turns faster than a simple average. When the faster very short-term average rises above the slower short- to medium-term one, momentum has turned up, a bullish trend-change signal.
