This screen finds stocks whose price has risen to touch a trend line from below while staying below it. A trend line connects two or more swing lows (a rising, support trend line) or swing highs (a falling, resistance trend line), and the more often it is touched, the more significant it becomes. A test of the line as resistance shows whether sellers defend it; a hold keeps the trend intact, and a pullback often follows.
