This screen finds stocks with a Shiller P/E below 25. The Shiller P/E, or CAPE ratio, developed by economist Robert Shiller, divides the share price by the average of the last ten years of inflation-adjusted earnings, smoothing out business cycles and one-off years. A CAPE below 25 filters out the most richly valued stocks while keeping quality companies trading at moderate multiples.
