Business Description
The fund primarily puts money into convertible securities, which are investments that can be exchanged for company stock under certain conditions. These securities come from companies based in the United States, as well as foreign companies that trade on U.S. exchanges in U.S. dollars. At least 80% of the fund's money is directed toward these types of investments under typical market conditions.
