This screen finds stocks with a Shiller P/E above 75. The Shiller P/E, or CAPE ratio, developed by economist Robert Shiller, divides the share price by the average of the last ten years of inflation-adjusted earnings, smoothing out business cycles and one-off years. A CAPE above 75 is exceptionally rare and marks speculative valuations or companies whose earnings history was very small until recently.
