This screen finds stocks whose RSI has just crossed above 70. The RSI(14), developed by J. Welles Wilder, compares average gains with average losses over 14 days on a scale from 0 to 100; readings above 70 are considered overbought, below 30 oversold, and 50 separates bullish from bearish momentum. Entering overbought territory shows strong buying momentum; in a strong trend it confirms strength, while in a range it warns that the rally may be stretched.
