Price Crossed Below Previous Yearly Low Stocks

This screen finds stocks whose price has just crossed below the low of the previous year, a major breakdown to the lowest level in more than a year, a sign of a strong long-term downtrend. The high and low of a completed year mark the range in which buyers and sellers agreed, so they act as natural resistance and support. Moving below the prior low shows that sellers are willing to accept less than at any time in that period.

Criteria:
1.Exchange: NYSE, NASDAQ
2.Price Crossed Below Last Year Low
