Growth at a reasonable price (GARP) sits between growth and value investing: it looks for companies that grow faster than average without paying the high valuations of the fastest growers. Peter Lynch made the approach famous. This screen lists stocks on Asian exchanges with quarterly EPS up more than 15% year over year, five-year EPS growth above 10% a year and a P/E ratio below 25, cheapest first. Prices are in each exchange's local currency, and the list covers stocks traded in Tokyo, Hong Kong, Singapore, Seoul and Jakarta with at least about US$0.7 million in average daily trading value.
