Free cash flow is the cash a business generates after capital spending, the money available for dividends, buybacks, debt repayment and growth. It is harder to flatter than reported earnings. This screen lists stocks on European exchanges with positive free cash flow in the latest quarter, up more than 20% from a year earlier, and annual free cash flow higher than in the previous fiscal year. Prices are in euros, and the list covers stocks traded on Xetra, Euronext Paris, Euronext Amsterdam, Euronext Milan and the Madrid Stock Exchange with at least 0.5 million euros in average daily trading value.
