Ryman Hospitality Properties is a real estate investment trust focused on large-scale resort and convention properties, owning five of the seven biggest non-gaming convention hotels in the United States under the Gaylord Hotels brand, along with two JW Marriott resorts ? all managed by Marriott International and together offering over 12,000 rooms and three million square feet of meeting space. The company also holds a majority stake in Opry Entertainment Group, which operates a broad portfolio of country music and live entertainment businesses, including the Grand Ole Opry, Ryman Auditorium, Ole Red venues, and several outdoor amphitheaters.
