Business Description

Ryman Hospitality Properties is a real estate investment trust focused on large-scale resort and convention properties, owning five of the seven biggest non-gaming convention hotels in the United States under the Gaylord Hotels brand, along with two JW Marriott resorts ? all managed by Marriott International and together offering over 12,000 rooms and three million square feet of meeting space. The company also holds a majority stake in Opry Entertainment Group, which operates a broad portfolio of country music and live entertainment businesses, including the Grand Ole Opry, Ryman Auditorium, Ole Red venues, and several outdoor amphitheaters. Founded in Delaware in 1991, Ryman runs its entertainment operations through a taxable subsidiary alongside its core hospitality business.
