Founded in 1985 and based in Sibu, Malaysia, Ta Ann Holdings Berhad is a well-established company with two core businesses: timber and oil palm plantations. On the timber side, the company produces a wide range of wood-based goods, including plywood, sawn timber, veneers, and laminated products, while also managing logging operations and tree plantation development. Its plantation business spans roughly 50,000 hectares of oil palm estates, producing crude palm oil, palm kernel, and fresh fruit bunches, supported by its own palm oil mills and a biomass power plant. Beyond these core activities, the company is also involved in property investment, livestock breeding, transportation, and the supply of seeds and seedlings.
