This fund puts the vast majority of its money into U.S. Treasury bonds with maturities ranging from 10 to 30 years, spreading investments across multiple maturity dates in a structured approach known as laddering. The holdings are guided by an index that is reviewed each year at the end of February to reflect this strategy.
