This fund puts at least 80% of its money into high-quality bonds and other debt instruments, both domestic and international, that carry a credit rating of BBB- or above. It focuses on shorter-term securities that mature within three years and holds both fixed and variable interest rate instruments. The fund concentrates its holdings rather than spreading investments broadly across many positions.
