Morien Resources Corp. is a Canadian mining company focused on acquiring and developing mineral assets. Founded in 2012 and based in Halifax, the company holds royalty interests in two Nova Scotia projects: the Donkin coal mine in Cape Breton and the Black Point aggregate site in Guysborough County. Morien also works alongside Carver Companies LLC to develop the Lazy Head Aggregate project.
