Amerigo Resources Ltd. is a Canadian mining company based in Vancouver that has operated since 1984. Through its Chilean subsidiary, Minera Valle Central S.A., it extracts copper and molybdenum concentrates using tailings from the El Teniente mine, which is owned and run by Chile's national copper corporation. The company adopted its current name in 2002, having previously operated as Golden Temple Mining Corp.
