This fund is designed to give investors a more predictable investment experience by limiting how much they can lose if the ARK Innovation ETF drops in value. Over each 12-month period running from October through September, investors take on only half of any losses the underlying fund experiences. The fund is actively managed and focused on a single strategy rather than spreading investments across many different assets.
