The trust serves more than 140,000 residents through four housing categories, ranging from premium to affordable and corporate accommodation. It operates in accordance with Shariah principles and is recognized as the largest residential-focused REIT in the Gulf region by total asset value. Founded in 2001 in the United Arab Emirates, it is managed by DHAM REIT Management.
