This screen finds stocks whose 26-day weighted moving average has just crossed above the 50-day WMA. A weighted moving average gives linearly more weight to recent prices, so it turns faster than a simple average. When the faster short- to medium-term average rises above the slower medium-term one, momentum has turned up, a bullish trend-change signal.
