This screen finds stocks whose price has just crossed above a falling trend line. A trend line connects two or more swing lows (a rising, support trend line) or swing highs (a falling, resistance trend line), and the more often it is touched, the more significant it becomes. Breaking above the line that capped a series of lower highs is a classic early signal that a downtrend may be ending and a reversal up may be starting.
