This screen finds stocks whose price is below a falling trend line drawn through lower swing highs. A trend line connects two or more swing lows (a rising, support trend line) or swing highs (a falling, resistance trend line), and the more often it is touched, the more significant it becomes. Until the price closes above the line, the downtrend is considered intact, and rallies toward the line are often used as selling opportunities.
