This screen finds stocks trading below a falling trend line. A trend line connects two or more swing lows (a rising, support trend line) or swing highs (a falling, resistance trend line), and the more often it is touched, the more significant it becomes. A price that stays below a falling trend line is in an intact downtrend, and each rally that stops at the line confirms that sellers remain in control.
